So How Does Our Shipping Work?
Studio Leaux works with manufacturers across the globe to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you.

This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your piece of mind. Yet because your products are coming from so far away, they often take 2-6 weeks to arrive. So, no worrying if the product doesn’t arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control.

This does mean we ship worldwide! So, do go ahead and shop with us.

When Will I Get My Order?
Please note that we require 1 to 6 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 14 to 40 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

How Do I Place An Order?
Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colours, carefully choose your correct size or colour choice before clicking "Add to Cart".

You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.

How Do I Know That My Order Is Confirmed?
Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process.Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 30 minutes after an order is placed. Please, if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at info@studioleaux.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
